Laboratories play a vital role in any engineering college as they serve as the habitat for innovation and discoveries. It's the place where students actually understand various concepts by observation and experiments. Laboratories actually provide the place where students can understand the concepts through practice. The labs at St. Ann's are well equipped and maintained with latest instruments while the expert staff make it sure that the students get the maximum advantage and inspiration to explore.
The campus is equipped with a total of 900+ machines, all the client machines are Intel Dual Core and Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and connect to Server.. These Machines are loaded with Windows XP Professional / Linux and are connected to a hp Branded. Majority of the schedules in the computer center are categorized for first Year students for C Programming Lab, IT Workshop and English Language & Communication Skills Lab sessions. Apart from the First Year, Second, Third and Final Year Students lab schedules C, C++, OOPS using Java, RDBMS, UML, etc., are conducted here.

List of Licensed Software:

The Institute has already registered itself with Microsoft Inc. for Microsoft Development Network Campus Agreement 3.02, The process of the above mentioned software agreement would be continued every academic year. Apart from the Campus agreement, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering has registered itself for Oracle Academia, under which the department receives regular fortnight updates.

The Institute has all the compilers like C, C++, Java. Also, the institute has all the core branches (i.e. EEE / ME / ECE etc) software's like Active VHDL, DSP Kits, Pspice, Cadian, OraCAD, MatLAB, Power SIM, MultiSIM, etc.

Further to all the licensed software the institute is always in the process of upgrading its software keeping up to the latest trends and technologies available. All the computer centers in campus are interlinked and data from any machine can be accessed anywhere in campus, with suitable authorizations.
