St Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, Chirala, conducted an awareness seminar on Personality Development, as announced by the College Secretary Sri Vanama Ramakrishna Rao and Correspondent Sri Y. S. Lakshman Rao in a joint statement. Dr. N. Kumar Swamy, Professor and Dean of the Civil Engineering Department at V.V.I.T., Guntur, participated in the seminar, as shared by the College Principal Dr. K. Jagadeesh Babu. The seminar on Personality Development was attended by Civil Engineering students, as informed by Dr. T. Kiran Kumar, Head of the Civil Engineering Department.

Dr. N. Kumar Swamy, in his speech, emphasized the importance of responsibility in achieving one’s goals. He stated that responsibility is something an individual must assume for themselves, and it cannot be understood or conveyed by others unless the individual takes it upon themselves. He also explained how to focus one’s mind on their goals.

He further highlighted that Civil Engineering students could gain better career opportunities by taking up modern AI-based courses such as Open Space, Field Wire, Evira Insight, Civils, Build AI, and Allsite AI. The event was attended by faculty members and students of the Civil Engineering Department.
