Successful Conclusion of IoT, AI, and ML Boot Camp and Hackathon

The Secretary of the college, Sri Vanama Ramakrishna Rao, and the Correspondent, Srimanthula Lakshmana Rao, jointly announced in a statement that the Boot Camp and Hackathon organized for the students of the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) departments concluded successfully.

The college Principal, Dr. K. Jagadish Babu, stated that a three-day workshop was conducted under the combined guidance of the AI, ML, and IoT departments from 8th January 2025 to 10th January 2025. He mentioned that the students gained significant skills in various technical aspects through the Boot Camp and Hackathon.

Dr. C. Harikishan, Head of the AI and ML department, shared that the workshop was organized under the leadership of Hack Bots. Meanwhile, Dr. S. Indranil, Head of the IoT department, informed that the Boot Camp and Hackathon were conducted under the guidance of Mahan and Surya’s team. During the camp, the students worked in various groups, gaining knowledge and conducting experiments on 105 projects. These projects introduced innovative solutions in fields such as agriculture, healthcare, defense, transportation, and technology.

On the final day, the student teams presented their projects to the judges. The first two teams, which showcased remarkable technical innovation and outstanding performance, were awarded prizes and certificates. Dr. C. Subbarao, the Director (Accreditation) of the college, encouraged the students to transform these innovations into startups and reach greater heights in the future.

Faculty members of the IoT, AI, and ML departments, along with B.Tech second and third-year students, participated in the event. Dr. P.S. Naveen Kumar and C.H. Suresh Babu served as the coordinators for this program.
