Three-Day Workshop on “Architecting the Cloud: AWS for Emerging Engineers”



A three-day workshop on “Architecting the Cloud: AWS for Emerging Engineers” was successfully conducted at St. Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, Chirala, as announced jointly by the college Secretary Sri Vanama Ramakrishna Rao and Correspondent Sri Srimanthula Lakshmana Rao.

The Department of Cyber Security organized this workshop for B.Tech fourth-year students under the guidance of the college Principal Dr. K. Jagadeesh Babu, who highlighted the importance of Cloud Computing provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) during the inaugural session. He explained how data can be securely stored and efficiently utilized for various applications using Amazon servers.

The workshop was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Ch. Gopi Raju, General Manager of Viksha Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., as stated by Dr. Y. Indraneel, Head of the Department of Cyber Security.

During the sessions, Mr. Gopi Raju provided hands-on training to students on creating AWS accounts, managing cloud resources, and ensuring data security within the platform. On the final day, he interacted with students and clarified their queries.

Dr. C. Subba Rao, Director (Accreditations), various Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students actively participated in this workshop.
