The Volleyball team of St. Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, Chirala emerged as winners in the district-level volleyball tournament held at QIS College, Ongole, according to a joint statement issued by the College Secretary Vanama Ramakrishna Rao and Correspondent Y. Lakshman Rao.
The tournament witnessed participation from 16 teams across the district. Competing with great determination and skill, the St. Ann’s College team reached the finals and defeated the host team QIS College to clinch the championship title, informed the Principal of the college, Dr. K. Jagadeesh Babu.
The winning team comprised the following students: R. Ramana, G.V.R. Teja Reddy, Rajaratnam, G. Michael, K. Dani, K. Sai Kumar, Naveen, Aditya, and Deni Venkat Mani Kumar, as stated by the Physical Education Director Annam Srinivasa Rao.
On this occasion, a congratulatory ceremony was organized, where Administrative Manager Sri R.V. Ramana Murthy, Dr. C. Subba Rao (Director – Accreditations), Heads of various Departments, faculty members, and students participated and extended their heartfelt congratulations to the volleyball team for their remarkable achievement.
