Three-Day Bootcamp and Hackathon Launched at St. Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology
St. Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, Chirala, has announced the launch of a three-day Bootcamp and Hackathon for students of the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) departments. This was jointly announced by the college Secretary, Sri Vanama Ramakrishna Rao, and Correspondent, Srimantula Lakshmana Rao.
The workshop will be held over three days, from January 8th, 2025, to January 10th, 2025, under the joint supervision of the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things departments, stated the college Principal, Dr. K. Jagadeesh Babu. The workshop is being organized in collaboration with Hack Boots, as mentioned by the AI & ML Department Head, Dr. C. Harikishan. The bootcamp and hackathon will be conducted under the leadership of Mahan and Surya’s team, according to the IoT Department Head, Dr. S. Indranil.
During the inauguration, the Principal emphasized that innovative thinking can help students secure a prominent position in the field of technology.
Dr. C. Subbarao, Director (Accreditation), highlighted that participating in events like hackathons encourages students to grow as enthusiastic industrial professionals.
The bootcamp will cover Arduino Programming, Data Visualization, and other technologies, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. Faculty members from the IoT, AI, and ML departments, along with 2nd and 3rd-year B.Tech students, are actively participating in this program.
