Sri Vanama Ramakrishna Rao, Secretary of St. Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, Chirala, along with Sri Simantula Lakshmana Rao, announced in a joint statement that a student from their institution has secured the first rank and received the prestigious Gold Medal in the 2020–24 B.Tech examinations conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU K).
Dr. K. Jagadeesh Babu, Principal of the college, stated that Ms. S.K. Farzana, a student from the CSE – IoT (Internet of Things) department, achieved the first rank in the university, earning her a Gold Medal.
On this occasion, Dr. S. Indraneev, Head of the CSE-IoT department, expressed his happiness, saying that Ms. S.K. Farzana, a student from the first batch of the CSE-IoT branch, competed with students from 155 affiliated colleges under JNTU K and secured the top rank in the university. He congratulated her for this remarkable achievement.
Speaking on the occasion, S.K. Farzana attributed her success to the modern teaching facilities, state-of-the-art laboratories, and well-equipped library provided by the college management, which greatly contributed to her accomplishment.
Faculty members, heads of various departments, non-teaching staff, and students congratulated Ms. S.K. Farzana on this proud achievement
