The Capital Amaravati Royals franchise officially launched their team jersey and logo at St. Ann’s College of Engineering & Technology, Chirala, on Tuesday, ahead of the much-awaited Andhra Premier League (APL) tournament.
The event was graced by Sri Vanama Venkateswara Rao, Founder Chairman of St. Ann’s College, who attended as the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, he shared that seven teams would participate in the upcoming APL matches scheduled to begin on August 8 at Visakhapatnam. He extended his best wishes to the Capital Amaravati Royals and expressed hope for their success in the tournament.

The highlight of the event was an interactive session between team captain Hanuma Vihari and the students of St. Ann’s College. He patiently answered their questions and shared his experiences. Referring to the team’s past performance, he stated, “Last time we made it to the finals. This time, we are aiming for the championship.”
