Workshop on Real-Time Applications Commences



St. Ann’s College of Engineering and Technology, Chirala, has commenced a 2-day workshop on Real-Time Applications for Civil Engineering students, according to a joint statement released by the College Secretary Sri Vanama Ramakrishna Rao and Correspondent Sri Srimanthula Lakshmana Rao.

The workshop is being conducted under the supervision of the Civil Engineering Department, said College Principal Dr. K. Jagadish Babu. Speaking about the program, Head of the Civil Engineering Department Dr. T. Kiran Kumar stated that the workshop aims to provide awareness on Real-Time Applications through sessions by expert faculty members and practicing engineers from the State Government.

He further added that the workshop will create awareness for 2nd and 3rd year B.Tech students on modern Civil Engineering applications such as Water Resource Engineering, River Networks, Remote Sensing, and other advanced civil applications.

The workshop is being attended by Dr. C. Subbarao, Director (R&D and Accreditations), faculty of Civil Engineering, along with 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year B.Tech students. Dr. G. Vijay Kumar is serving as the Convenor of this workshop.
