6.2 Year-wise Admission Statistics Academic Year: 2025–2026
Intake: B.Tech — 960; M.Tech — 144; MBA — 120; MCA — 60.
Applications / Admissions: 70% seats filled via State Govt counselling; Admitted: B.Tech — 977 (including 10% EWS quota), M.Tech — 115, MBA — 132 (including 10% EWS quota), MCA — 53.

6.3 Fee Structure Course-wise: Fees fixed as per AFRC.
Typical fees: B.Tech — Rs. 56,800/-; MBA & MCA — Rs. 35,000/-; M.Tech — Rs. 50,000/- (as notified).
Refund policy: Full refund of fee (minus processing fee up to Rs. 1,000) if a student withdraws before course commencement. If withdrawal happens after course start and the seat is filled, refund is pro-rated for the period occupied (minus deductions).

6.4 Scholarships and Financial Aid Institutional/Government/Endowment support: Provided as per State Government policy and institute-specific endowments.

6.5 Student Demographics Gender, category and region distribution, nationality: Maintained as per State Government reservation rules and institutional records.

6.6 Mentoring and Counseling Academic & Personal Mentoring: Mentor-to-student ratio — 1 mentor per 20 students.
